Overview
Phenology is the study of the timing of biological events in plants and animals such as flowering, leafing, hibernation, reproduction, and migration.
Gain insight on plant life cycle events (known as phenophases) in the classroom, the head outside for a tree ID hike.
This program will have both indoor and outdoor time; please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes. Buffalo Creek Nature Park and the neighboring Butler-Freeport Trail, at this time of year, they can be dry, wet, muddy, and/or icy.
This program is Free, however registration is required so that we can best prepare.
